Toys for Ghana Needed
Soft small cuddly toys for children
Susie collects teddies and toys to send in Christmas boxes to Ghana. Currently they go to 2 churches a mosque and (via the shipper) a widow and orphan group.
The Christmas toy shipments are sent to named women who distribute them according to local needs. A truly woman-to-woman project - all of the Ghanaian women are wives or mothers of fishermen in Macduff.
We also include pens and school supplies for teachers.
Additional Resources
Highlight of the year is the annual Bayview Fisherman's Christmas. Free, open to all, including local people.
